School of International Communication
Introduction
School of International Communication was found in 2001 by approval of Heilongjiang province, and it is a teaching college by the way of jointly running school with foreign institutions, belonging to the nation's unity plan of enrollment. The mission of the college is to promote the exchange and cooperation on our province high education with overseas by way of jointly running school. At present, the college has started cooperation with Pacific National Business University of Russia, North American Arts and Science College of Canada cultivating high quality talents needed by the new century.
The college provides subjects such as Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science and Technology, International Economy and Trade. Nowadays, there are 1800 undergraduates. The college has a modern teaching building of 8000 square meter, including modern facility of teaching, such as computer lab, language lab and multi-media room. With rigid management and formal operating, many famous professors and scholars from domestic and aboard are invited here. International College centers on works of teaching with character of jointly running school, and aims to cultivate applied talents with good specialized knowledge and global views.
Introduction of Main Specialties
The college has four majors :Computer Science and Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, International Economy and Trade. On the base of traditional subjects we add different directions, Such as Computer Science and Technology, we divide it into two directions:soft ware and information management; Business Administration: enterprise management; investment and financing management and marketing practice; Accounting: accounting; certified public accountants and financing management of company. International Economy and Trade:international economy and finance and the practice of international economy and trade. The college emphasizes the importance of English learning for student, and cultivates the external capability of communication and adaptability. |
